Accessibility & People with Reduced Mobility (PRM)

Welcome to La Madeleine. We do our best to accommodate visitors with reduced mobility (PRM) and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

This FAQ provides practical information about PRM access, ticketing and available facilities depending on the event configuration. We strongly recommend reading the information below before buying your ticket or coming to the venue to help you prepare.

This depends on the configuration of the event:

  • Seated setup
  • Standing setup
  • During the ticket purchase, PRM guests that are in a wheelchair are asked to select a seat on the outside of the floorplan (so the chair can be removed).
  • No proof of PRM status is required during the buying process.
  • On the day of the event, PRM guests can bypass the queue outside and go directly to the right entrance door. Security will assist you there and let you inside once general doors are open.
  • A wheelchair ramp is available to access the venue’s floor level.
  • There is 1 PRM-accessible toilet located next to the general toilets.
  • A PRM elevated platform is available on the ground floor.
  • You must purchase specific PRM ticket via the ticketing website.
    • Maximum 2 tickets per order :
      • 1 for a person with a disability
      • 1 for the accompanying person
  • You can attend with your own wheelchair or use one of the chairs (not wheelchair) available on the platform. Please do not bring your own chair.
  • The platform has limited capacity to ensure comfort and safety.
  • The platform is located on the right-hand side when facing the stage (with your back to the entrance doors).
  • The balcony is not seated and not accessible for PRM.
  • If you have purchased a PRM ticket, you may be asked to show proof of PRM-status (e.g., a disability card) at the entrance.
  • If you do not have a PRM ticket but arrive with proof of PRM status (e.g. disability card, broken leg, etc.), you may still bypass the queue outside.

⚠️ Please note: Without a PRM ticket, access to the PRM platform cannot be guaranteed, although our staff will always do their best to accommodate you on the day itself.

  • Yes, you may bypass the queue with maximum 1 accompanying person, who must hold a valid ticket (not necessarily a PRM ticket). To access the platform, they need a PRM ticket.
  • There are no free accompanying tickets.
  • If you did not purchase a PMR ticket in advance:

    • We can only guarantee a seat or access to the accessible platform for individuals with an accessible ticket, especially if that section is sold out.
    • However, you can skip the line and enter through the right-hand entrance. Please bring proof of your eligibility (especially if your situation isn’t immediately apparent).
    • Our staff on site will assess the situation and check if space is still available on the PRM platform or in a suitable area. However, access cannot be guaranteed.
